For The Boro, a mixed-use complex containing retail, residential, and office property, the copy and content focused on uniting the varying facets of the property while still highlighting its distinctive qualities. The concept of 'having it all' is evident throughout copy and design across multiple platforms: web, social media (Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram), print brochures, environmentals, and even live events.
